This is an open level eclectic class incorporating a combination of yoga styles; teaching proper alignment, breathing form, basic yoga concepts and encouraging students to work at their own level of intensity. Improves posture and strength, with the added bonus of a total body tone. You will find you finish feeling totally re-energised.
