We start with a 15 minute taster covering the basics of skipping and getting you warmed up for the main event.
This class is fast-paced using a three exercise rotation - skipping, strength and core, including small rest periods to keep your heart rate elevated and maximum calories burning. This is a serious cardio workout.
If you loved skipping when you were younger, have two left feet, or consider yourself a skipping pro, come and join me in this unique class. I will tailor the exercises to each person and I guarantee you will love it - and definitely have a giggle along the way.
