Using the interval method style of training, SPINSANITY will let you challenge and push your body to achieve maximum results. 

30 second sprints, short rests, then back on the gas to really get the blood pumping, slow hill climbs as you pile on the resistance, this with the addition of movement on your bike will ensure an awesome all round workout. “Don’t expect an easy ride!”. With that said, beginners are welcome but please, please, please take it at your level.
