Kelly & Fiona explain their Booty Barre class.

This class is a fusion of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. Starting with a dynamic warm-up and upper body work followed by a full 30 minutes ballet barre workout with cardio blasts to keep the heart rate elevated. Finishing with Pilates inspired abdominal and back work, then into stretches for flexibility.
