A brand new and exciting plyometrics based circuit class is here! 

Plyometrics, also known as "jump training" or "plyos", are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power, speed and strength.

This class is suitable for absolutely anyone of any age and ability and only uses bodyweight based exercises so no weight lifting skills are required, just lots of enthusiasm and willingness to jump around.

This class is guaranteed to be energetic, motivational and loads of fun so come and give it a try!
