Get ready to feel the burn! This class does exactly what is says. It's a fun, all over body workout using your bodyweight, barbells and hand weights. Each week is a surprise, no two workouts are the same. If you're new to exercise then that's not a problem, I will adapt the workout to suit your level. Work at your station, at your pace.
