Latest on Helen
I am sure some of you are aware
that our gym manager Helen has
been waiting for a kidney transplant for some time.
In November 2011 she was taken
to Addenbrooks Hospital and underwent a kidney transplant operation.
Helen is now back fully doing everything she was doing before. To everyone's amazement after just a couple of months she is back working on the gym floor with GP Referrals, re-programming and assisting members, working with her own personal clients, taking Pump FX, Vibe Cycling and Beach Body Blitz.
Unbelievable, what an inspiration!
