Yoga & Relaxation (eclectic) An open level class incorporating a combination of yoga styles; teaching: proper alignment, breathing, form, basic yoga concepts & encouraging students to work at their own level of intensity. Improves posture, strength, with the added bonus of a total bodytone!
ZUMBA Gold ® If you like the idea of taking par in the new craze ZUMBA ® classes but think they may be a little too energetic then this may be the class for you. It takes the Zumba fomula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. All the same elements of ZUMBA ® with zesty Latin music, Salsa, Merengue and easy to follow moves and party like atmosphere. It's a dance fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun!
Pump FX Utilising barbells and weight plates, pump fx provides a progressive, complete-body workout to the latest and greatest in chart and club anthems. Traditional resistance training exercises such as squats, lunges, presses and rows take on another dimension through the use of functional, multi-plane movement. With an emphasis on intensity and technique, this interval-base workout targets individual muscle groups to improve body composition.
Booiaka (Boo-yakka) An intense cardio dance workout that feels like a fun night spent dancing with friends at a party or favourite club, to music you love. This new cardio craze from America features new, funky and spirit-lifting routines that give a taste of Raggaeton, Jamaican, Hip-Hop and Brazillian dance styles. Regardless of your age, size or dance background (or lack thereof), Booiaka founder insists that you'll burn as many as 700 calories in every sweat soaked session - but the emphasis is on having fun, releasing your spirit and feeling the beat. Vibe Cycling ‘Don’t Just Ride Feel the Vibe’. This challenging cycling class is for all fitness levels. It’s the ultimate calorie burning and cardio vascular workout with a pumping soundtrack. It’s an excellent alternative for those who feel intimidated by or do not enjoy choreographed aerobics. (Must be booked and paid in advance)
Body Combat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
Core Conditioning Conditioning exercises incorporating stability balls, gliders and floor work for avtivating and working those all important core muscles.
Boxing Fitness An excellent fitness workout that will get you in the best shape of your life. Punch the bags, hit the target pads, shadow box, bob and weave, skip and a boxer’s circuit for both males and females. This class is not for the feint hearted!
Legs / Bums / Tums 45 minutes of exercise targeting those problem thigh, rear and abdominal areas.
L/B/T Body Sculpt A combination of Aerobics & Toning designed for all levels of fitness to get the optimum workout.

This is a form of non aerobic exercise that tones and lengthens the muscles to achieve a leaner and slimmer appearance. Pilates is for everyone and is practiced by all walks of life. The exercises practiced in a class are to strengthen your core muscles which support the spine. With use of breathing, relaxation, slow, controlled and extremely precise movements your mind and body work as one and you begin to really understand your body. It Really Is Genius!!!
HI / LO Aerobics High octane cardio based class using high energy aerobic moves with fantastic pumping music, offering low impact options throughout plus conditioning sections aiming to improve muscle tone.
Fitness for Fun Suitable for all abilities, this class is ideal for those on the exercise refferal and LIFE programmes and for the more mature participant, or those new to exercise. It is based on a number of stations combining resistance and cardio-vascular activities.
