Friday Frenzy starts tonight and we think it will be the perfect start to your weekend. Lewis will take you on a new journey each week, combining bodyweight exercises and all the equipment you could possibly imagine.  Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Barbells, Dumbells. If it's an intense but rewarding circuit based class using the HIIT principle you're after, then this class is a must for you.

Join Tony in this ultimate conditioning class to get you super fit and ripped, where he incorporates the most effective body weight and functional exercises whilst introducing you to battle ropes for possibly the first time.

Nath is the newest member of our cycling team however his classes don't speak inexperience - they are awesome! After such a massive success on a Wednesday night and Sunday morning, Nathan now has his third class which is on a Monday night at 19.30.
